Shelbyville is the most centrally located place to stay on the bourbon trail with being the middle ground between Frankfort, Louisville, and Bardstown. Located in historic downtown Shelbyville, this 1909 house has been painstakingly restored to highlight its charm. Enjoy tasteful décor (including local artwork by the 148th Kentucky Derby artist), plush furnishings, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Play shuffleboard and games after a day at the famous bourbon distilleries and horse farms. Walk to coffee, dinner and shops. Retreat to elegant bedrooms with premium linens. The Copper & Oak offers the perfect base for bourbon and horse enthusiasts. Book now for a memorable experience of luxury and comfort. We offer 4 king bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms with tiled showers, 2 of which are ensuite. We offer two separate living spaces, each complete with a living room, a smart TV and a fully stocked kitchen. The spaces are connected via our speakeasy murphy door. We also offer a covered patio and grill for your evening BBQ. Kitchen-The two fully stocked kitchens are ready for guests to eat, drink and be merry. Each has an attached dining/workspace space for 4 Coffee- A Keurig Coffee machine is provided on both floors along with enough pods, sweeteners, and creamer to get you started. Enjoy shuffleboard, cards, or boards games with friends and family for added enjoyment Four private off street parking spaces are available at the rear of the property.

-Signature cocktail welcome kit included featuring local bitters and mixer (BYOB- Bring your own Bourbon) -Bathroom toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap) along with hair dryers in each bathroom -Contactless check in and check out through our smart lock system -Painless checkout. We only ask our guests to place used towels in the bathrooms and run any dirty dishes prior to checkout. PET RULES: • A $100 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property. • Your dog must not exceed a maximum weight of 50 pounds. • Your dog should be friendly, non-aggressive and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. • We provide pet blankets that need to be used if your dog gets on the furniture. Dogs are not allowed in the beds! • Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone. • Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up. • Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. • You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog. • Limit of two dogs. *** Violations of our rules will result in immediate cancellation***
