-Signature cocktail welcome kit included featuring local bitters and mixer (BYOB- Bring your own Bourbon) -Bathroom toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap) along with hair dryers in each bathroom -Contactless check in and check out through our smart lock system -Painless checkout. We only ask our guests to place used towels in the bathrooms and run any dirty dishes prior to checkout. PET RULES: • A $115 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property. • Your dog must not exceed a maximum weight of 50 pounds. • Your dog should be friendly, non-aggressive and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. • We provide pet blankets that need to be used if your dog gets on the furniture. Dogs are not allowed in the beds! • Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone. • Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up. • Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. • You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog. • Limit of two dogs. *** Violations of our rules will result in immediate cancellation***
