Please inquire about renting our on-site golf cart! The pool is heated using a heat pump. Gas heating is not an option in North Myrtle Beach due to the lack of natural gas service and city restrictions on buried propane tanks. Pool heating is weather dependent, and during cooler weather or cold nights, the pool may not maintain warm temperatures. As a general rule of thumb, outdoor temperatures typically need to stay in the 50s, including overnight, for the heat pump to effectively generate and maintain heat. In most years, the pool can be heated from late February or early March through mid-October, and sometimes longer if weather conditions cooperate.
